Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date, 15 days for sales items, and accompanied by
the original sales receipt and a Return Merchandise Form. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do
not meet Jigsaw London’s return policy requirements. Returns will only be refunded to the original credit card.
Original or return shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased online may not be returned to a Jigsaw
Bloomingdales concession. Jigsaw purchases from Bloomingdales may only be returned to the San Francisco or South
Coast Plaza Bloomingdales locations.
RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS:
Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached.
Shoes must be returned with no signs of damage, wear or tear, and inthe same original box with tags attached.
Please follow the instructions below to process your return: Your order will contain a return authorization
form, please fill it out and include it with your return. If you have misplaced the original, please contact
customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Merchandise must be shipped, securely packaged and include the return authorization form. We highly suggest
some sort of tracking or insurance as the package is yours until we receive it. We cannot accept liability for
goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund and send an email to the provided
email address notifying you on the status of your return. Returns are processed within 10 business days. Please
expect up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If an item is returned
without a Return Authorization Form, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from
Jigsaw London back to you.
