14-Aug-2011	++	Service was fast, which is good. I think free shippping and free returns are a MUST for an online store. Where the shipping returns are not free and teh shipping is not free, it makes me much less likely to buy online. Shops like ASOS and Banana Republic offer free shipping and free returns.
