Free shipping on orders over $100 for all US orders. Orders ship via standard shipping either UPS or USPS, at the discretion of Jigsaw. If you require faster shipping, priority shipping is available at an additional fee. Free Shipping must be selected at checkout.
Most orders are fulfilled in under 2 business days of placing your order. On occasion there may be a delay, such as an item needing a transfer, and it may take longer to ship out. You will be notified if there are any delays in shipment. We will be doing everything possible to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipping out on weekdays excluding U.S. holidays from the Los Angeles area. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm PST will usually be shipped out on the next business day. Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. With the exception of special promotions, all shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and based on the shipping method you choose.

International - Canada and Mexico
Jigsaw London now ships throughout North America. Orders are shipping via USPS Priority International and usually take about 6-8 days. Rates are based on the weight and location the package is shipping to. Please note that some international shipments may incur taxes or tariffs by the receiving country. Jigsaw London is not responsible for any additional costs above the shipping amount provided to you during check out. If you refuse to accept the package Jigsaw London will deduct the amount of the return shipping from your refund. If the package is refused and not returned to Jigsaw London, no refund will be issued.
Jigsaw-London.com now ships to all Jigsaw stores in the US for free. Simply select the store you would like it shipped to during the checkout process. Orders quite often will sent to the store several times a week, but could take up to 10 days to arrive. A sales associate at your selected store will call you to let you it has arrived. Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date, 15 for sales items, and accompanied by the original sales receipt and a Return Merchandise Form. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Jigsaw London’s return policy requirements. Returns will only be refunded to the original credit card. Original or return shipping charges are non-refundable. **Web only: A refund for the price difference of an item put on sale after purchase has been made must be done within 7 days of original purchase. Items purchased online may not be returned to a Jigsaw Bloomingdales concession. ** Jigsaw purchases from Bloomingdales may only be returned to the San Francisco or South Coast Plaza Bloomingdales locations.
Merchandise purchased on-line may now be returned or exchanged at all stand alone retail shops (not Bloomingdales). Goods purchased in-store may not be returned or exchanged to the web, but can be returned to any of our Jigsaw London retail stores. To return or exchange in-store, you must bring your packing slip and the credit card the order was purchased with.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached.
Return policy requirements:
When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch and please take off all jewelry and watches prior to trying on to prevent potential snagging.
Shoes must be returned with no signs of damage, wear or tear, and in the same original box with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale: For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange Jigsaw Organics Beauty products.

Your order will contain a return authorization form, please fill it out and include it with your return. If you have misplaced the original, you may download a new copy here: RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM [PDF].
Merchandise must be shipped, securely packaged and include the return authorization form. We highly suggest some sort of tracking or insurance as the package is yours until we receive it. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund and send an email to the provided email address notifying you on the status of your return. Returns are processed within 10 business days. Please expect up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Form, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Jigsaw London back to you.
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date and accompanied by the original sales receipt and a Return Merchandise Form. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Jigsaw London’s return policy requirements. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM [PDF]. Make sure the form is completely filled out and include it inside the package of merchandise being returned. You will need to note the name of the item you wish to exchange for in hand. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, please have your credit/debit card details ready. As long as any items you send back to us are in their original condition, we’ll send you the goods you wanted to exchange for within 15 working days of receiving your package.
