10-Aug-2012	--	Very large for a 'small' size - obviously returned before (at least once?) judging by the condition of the packaging. Jigsaw Reply I am sorry if the return to store process is not clear. The dispatch note acts as your proof of purchase so it is important for the store to have this. The returns note aids us when you return the item to warehouse so we can process your refund quickly and efficiently.
