21-Oct-2011	+	I paid £1 for next day delivery. I was telephoned because one item was not available and I had the choice of waiting for it to be obtained from a shop where it was in stock. I chose to remove it from the order as I neded hte rest urgently. However, my order did not arrive for another 2 days,
