If you wish to return an item, please use our returns department by completing the RMA form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Jigsaw London will provide you with written instruction on how to return product. You may return any unused, full price Jigsaw London merchandise within 30 days for a refund from the date the item was shipped.

Special items are final sale and include: lingerie, swimwear, hosiery and jewelry items. Any discounted item is also final sale.

All returned merchandise must be in the original unworn condition, with all tags and accompanied by the receipt.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days
