I cannot find the item I was looking for on-line, where has it gone?

Once a product sells out in all sizes, it is removed from the site. Only available items are shown on the website, with remaining sizes highlighted on the products detail page.

Should you have trouble finding a specific item online, our team is happy to look for the item in one of our stores. Simply use our contact us form or call customer service at (855) 5-JIGSAW (554-4729).

How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of a specific item?

Each style on our website also has a dedicated page with detailed product information. By clicking on the image of the style you are interested in, you will be taken to the product page of the item, where you will find the style overview next to the main image. You will also find fit and fabric information provided in the tab below the image.

How do I tell which size fits me the best?

To help you find your ideal size, we offer a detailed size guide, which specifies the main body measurements for each size. To visit the sizing guide, simply click through the tab below the product main image on any product detail page. What credit cards do you accept and is the site secure?

We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept US debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

We employ regularly updated encryption technology to make sure your card details remain secure during the transaction. The information needed from your card to complete a transaction includes the main account number of the card, the start and expiration date and the additional CV2 number (the last 3 digits on the reverse of your card or 4 on the front of an AMEX). Without all these details it is not possible to authorize a transaction.

We never store your CV2 number, nor do we store the rest of your card details once the transaction period is complete. The main account number is retained securely and encrypted for a short period, in case we need to refund money to your card following any returns sent back by you.

We will never show your full card details on a despatch note or order confirmation. We show the last 4 numbers of a card so that you can identify which card you used to make the purchase.
